From the reviews and what I saw when I visited this shop I am sure that it is a nice bicycle shop for the locals. I am posting my experience here for those travelers in need of repairs. We were traveling thru town and spending just one night. The prior day I had a brake cable break so I contacted three shops in town to see who could replace. The tech seemed knowledgeable on the phone and said they had parts and should be able to take care of in a day but they would need to see the bike. We arrived in town at 2 and brought to shop and tech said it should be an easy fix I told them I could leave overnight and would pay extra if they could fix. They said they would call with any questions or issues. Heard nothing from them so called the next day and they said they didn’t get around to it and suggested I could go to another shop. Had to pick up bike and leave. Information on their not having time and for me to look at a different shop would have been really helpful the day earlier. Might be a nice shop if your local but don’t expect any help if your a desperate tourist;)

Great shop, amazing customer service.I found an unreal Labor Day deal online on a Giant Revolt, but wanted to stand over one to make sure I had the right size. Glacier had several, talked me through the different models and trim levels, and offered to throw on pedals or rent me one so I could try it out. They also tried mightily to match the online price; they couldn't get there, as it seems like it was a factory blowout on old stock, but you better believe I will use them for everything I can when I'm back in Glacier. Thanks guys!

I came in one day after I accidentally destroyed my front wheel the same morning we were going to ride. Whoops. And the guy in the shop was super helpful. He had a wheel off another bike he didn’t need that would fit my bike and he sold it to me for a really fair price. And he mounted my tire and trued up the wheel too. He could have just said order a new wheel and good luck but he went out of his way a bit to help out.
