Not sure who decided to sell 2nd hand items in a prime location in Whitefish and expect things to be affordable….thrifty. Manager there says she bases prices off of EBay. Great. I’ll shop EBay and have things delivered to my door and save the gas $

Exactly a resale store. Not big, don't expect lots of bikes or furniture. Great deals on snow gear if you watch for them.

Update: the General manager contacted me on Monday and made things right. I really appreciated the call and conversation. I’m changing my rating because she refunded my money and was really adamant about this situation being a mistake.Worst thrift store experience ever! I bought a print at the Whitefish store recently. They had it priced at $36. Which is already an outrageous price for a print. I was going to look it up online because I figured it must be worth a lot more since I got it at a THRIFT SHOP. Then I found a tag on it from ROSS that said $24.99!!! They marked it UP almost 50% from what someone bought it new!! I took it back to talk to the manager. The woman there who said she was in charge of pricing was only willing to give me $6 back, thus I was still paying $6 over the retail price of the item. So unacceptable! I was a regular customer there, and I will not ever go back nor will I ever donate there again. For a THRIFT STORE, there prices have gotten completely out of hand and their customer service sucks!
