LOVE this hotel!! Stayed over the weekend, and customer service was just wonderful. Friendly, helpful -- and not corporate -- just personal service. The location is convenient, but it's along the main commercial street in town. The balconies and pool views, however, more than make up for the busy front street. You can walk or bike along the riverfront path, easily getting to downtown. The beds are comfortable, the shower is great, and again, sipping a drink from the balcony over the river is so relaxing after a week in the woods. I booked this after seeing it was purchased by the same group that owns the Lodge at Whitefish, and we were NOT disappointed at all.

We had a nice stay in September. I thought I had booked a room with a balcony but that wasn’t what we got. Room was nice enough, comfortable bed, lots of pillows. We loved the complimentary breakfast which consists of eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, yogurt, fruit (apple, orange, banana), pancakes, oatmeal, and maybe some cereal. The server was on it and kept everything filled and fresh. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the afternoon cookies and the marshmallows to roast anytime. Pool is nice. The hottub jets haven’t been working for several months which was disappointing. I asked them to remove the hottub from their list of amenities but I see that they have not done so. So be advised, hottub is just a hot tub. Oh—we also loved the complimentary laundry room and bicycles. They have kayaks available as well. The price was fair and I would stay there again.

The Room was nice. The veiw fantastic. It was a suite with a huge balcony. Now the jacuzzi tub was backwards with the whole tv set up and view. My wife talk about a huge breakfast that was advertised. But thats not what we came too. It was scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage. O yeah you could make your own pancakes . The coffee ☕️ was a poor set up with a few coffee pump machine's. Unfortunately there's no good time for construction 😞 But thats whats going on with the property possibly upgrading not sure . But one thing for sure the bed was comfortable 😴 and really thats everything right ✅️
