The Grizzly Bear bites back with a tender chicken-fried steak and thick, peppery gravy that clings to eggs and hashbrowns. Cinnamon Roll Cakes puff up fluffy and swirled with frosting, like a breakfast carnival in your mouth. Walleye Tacos snap with crisp fish and a jalapeño-creamy kiss, while huckleberry lemonade cuts any grease with bright, tart notes. This place wears its diner DNA on a bear-mascot sleeve and never pretends to be fancy—just real, hearty breakfast and lunch heat.

This place was very popular and we had to wait about 20 minutes before we got a table. Once we did, it was very good food. I would definitely get pancakes here all over again. We got the cinnamon bun pancakes and they were absolutely divine. We also got the brisket breakfast burrito, which was just OK. The staff was very warm and friendly. The place was clean and had a nice amount of character to it.

This is THE place for breakfast in West Yellowstone. Fast, friendly service. If you’re looking for sweet tea, they have it! We ate here twice on our vacation and both times the food quality and quantity was excellent. All of the staff were very welcoming and made it a great dining experience!
