Huckleberry Cheesecake swirls tart berries through graham crust; Cookie Monster packs Oreo crunch into cotton candy ice.

Crunch first, then a smoky char coats the bites. Grease beads the plate as brine and heat duel for dominance. Glacier air outside adds a rugged, practical energy.
Skip the generic sides, get the Grizzly Burger. For beer, order the ice-cold draft.

Grizzly Burgerβthe cult favorite and most popular burger
Signature Dishes: Grizzly Burger; Blue Cheese and Onion Burger; Prime Rib (Saturdays in fall)
Grizzly Burger is the standout; Blue Cheese and Onion Burger earns frequent praise; wings and nachos are common calls
Weekdays or off-peak hours to dodge understaffing and long waits; aim for 11:00 AM opening or early dinner to beat the crowd.
People in a rush who need lightning-fast service
Family-friendly with booths and bar seating; moderate buzz suitable for kids
Portions are generous; Grizzly Burger and Blue Cheese and Onion Burger deliver solid texture and savory balance, with crispy onion rings adding crunch. The vibe is warm and family-friendly, but service hiccups and understaffing shadow the experience, especially on Saturdays. Overall, itβs a solid stop if you come for the food and the retro mood.

Paul Bunyan Bar and Grill is a must-visit if youβre in the area! From the moment we walked in, we were taken in by the unique Western saloon vibe and rugged decor β it really sets the tone for a fun and relaxed dining experience. The menu has something for everyone β burgers, wraps, steaks, sandwiches, salads, onion rings, and more. We especially loved the pretzels with beer cheese & sweet potato friesβ absolutely delicious! Their burgers were juicy, fresh, and cooked to perfection. We sat across from the open kitchen and got to see the cooks in action β itβs clear they work hard and take pride in what they do.Our server was fantastic β friendly, engaging, and even gave us great tips for Glacier National Park. The service overall was top-notch. Prices were very reasonable. There arenβt many restaurant bars nearby, which makes this spot a great choice. Highly recommend if youβre passing through or exploring the area!

Let my husband pick this one. I ordered the street tacos. Just so so. Was missing the coleslaw. If I returned, I wouldnβt order this again. Husband had a burger and tots, he said his was good. The staff were nice and the decor, whimsical.

About a five minute wait for a table, varied menu, friendly laid back service. My order was mixed up but they didnβt charge for it. Food was good sized portions and very tasty
