We stayed in West Yellowstone for three days and ended up coming to Old Town Cafe every single day — that’s how much we loved it! The food was consistently amazing — we tried the bison burger with waffle fries, huckleberry lemonade, and chicken wings, and everything tasted absolutely delicious. The place has great music and a fun, welcoming vibe — really captures that relaxed West Yellowstone energy. The staff were friendly, the portions generous, and it quickly became our favorite spot in town.Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Started off bad. We were promptly seated but took forever to get a server. Servers running around but not really organized. People waiting for checks, paying, and food took forever. When the server finally arrived she was very rude. Saying "what do you want" we ordered our drinks and ordered food at the same time since it had been so long. When she brought the drinks she forgot my ice water and I politely said I had an ice water too and her reply was "I only have two hands" . My wife had coffee and after drinking the first cup I placed her cup at the edge of the table and no one ever refilled while I counted 11 passes by our table by servers. I finally stopped one and asked for a refill they brought it but did not say a word even though I said thank you. One note is people that came in way after we did received their food eat it and had left but they were seated at the bar which appeared to be locals and it appears they are served first The saving grace here is that the food was good even though the portions were small. We are here for a week but won't return just due to the rude staff which is unfortunate.Update -**** Bill said $39.42 but when they run my credit card it was for $40.60 why the $1.18 add????? If this is done on every bill that adds up through the day. Seems like a very shady business practice knowing people are not paying attention. Check your bill.

Ordered chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich, they have taken our customized order for sandwich and it was yumm! Have got fries as well along with our servings, their secret sauce is a must try. Good ambience and staff were friendly.
