Ernie’s Bakery & Deli sits in West Yellowstone with a cozy, cabin vibe and counter service. Build Your Own Sandwich, Chocolate Croissants, and Breakfast Burrito anchor the menu, all built with fresh ingredients and bold texture contrasts. Expect a moderate buzz, especially in mornings, with lines that form as families and hikers swing by before or after the park. The pastries rear the scent of butter and flaky layers while fluffy eggs and crisp bacon bring the breakfast plates to life.

We really enjoyed this little coffee shop in West Yellowstone. It was just a short walk from where we were staying, which made it super convenient. We stopped in on a busy Sunday morning, and while it was bustling, there were still plenty of tables to sit and enjoy our food. The coffee was excellent—rich and flavorful—and the breakfast bagels and burritos were just what we needed to start the day. There’s lots of parking right out front, and the location is great for anyone staying nearby. The staff were friendly, and the whole place had a warm, welcoming vibe. Everyone around us seemed to be loving their meals too.

Some of the chocolate beignets didn’t have chocolate. Sandwich that I ordered had 4 ingredients and they missed one ingredient out of 4. I gave 4 for service because the staff were nice and answered every question. They should better their food. I don’t know how they have 4.5 star for this place. Note: first time and Saturday August first week- so busy

Stopping in for a quick breakfast before hitting the park and SO GLAD we did. Gravy was delicious and service was wonderful. Quaint little casual cafe dining room, incredible food.
