The China Wall Restaurant in Whitefish acts as a casual, family-run hub for Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese comfort. Spring Rolls snap with a crisp bite, Pho broth glows with warmth and herb brightness, and Kung Pao Chicken carries peppery heat with a balanced, savory bite. The dining room is cozy and welcoming, suited for relaxed conversation, though service may lag slightly when the room fills. Itβs a solid value-for-money spot for familiar flavors without the tourist trap vibe.

The food was amazing! We were happy to find they have many vegetarian dishes. The fresh sprig rolls had a wonderful peanut sauce. I had the PhΓ³ with tofu. Best veggie PhΓ³ I've ever had. The broth was extremely flavorful with lots of vegetables. The woman serving us was delightful and attentive. The place is also full of live orchids. Just beautiful.

Travelling from Australia and wife's birthday. Walk in, no booking. Previous customers rated their local. I'm NOT disappointed. Great feed, licenced. Two starters. The BBQ pork and shrimp wanton. CHICKEN , Cashew, and Broccoli, a Vietnamese specialist dish and made to order.....nasi Goreng Fried rice...extra spicy. Yum yum. Local smoked beer and a great celebration πΎ. 10 out of 10. It's just excellent. Less than $70.00 USA. Easy parking , nice decor, and excellent customer service. Thank you, China Wall

LITERALLY GOT POISONED. I used to go here a lot as a child, now Iβm an adult & 30 weeks pregnant and decided to go back again! Service was incredibly oddβ¦only 1 other table in the restaurant when we sat down, took 10 minutes to get menus and then he came over 15 minutes later to take our full order. No drink order. Thatβs whatever to me, what was odd is that he could not face our table and stood diagonally to it almost as if he was trying to rush away the entire timeβ¦this was EVERY time he was at the table. I asked if he has any gluten free options, he said βalmost anything can be gluten free.β Okay coolβ¦so I just stuck to what I know and ordered a pad Thai gluten free. Food comes quick and itβs good! 3 more tables have been sat and heβs super chatty with all of them, still cannot even look at us though. (Just my mom, 2 year old and I by the way). Well we go to check out and my mom asks the owner, whoβs also doing the cash outs how she gets her orchids to do so well, she responds with βI donβt know. They just do.β And has a HORRIBLE tone. If she was our server I wouldβve left. My mom compliments them and she just nods at us. No language barrier by the way. Anyways, Iβm 30 weeks pregnant and spent two entire days in and out of the hospital completely suffering because he fed me gluten. Whether he did it on purpose or carelessly forgot to put βGLUTEN FREEβ on my order; I suffered severely. We thought I had listeria, we checked for preterm labor, a TON of lab work trying to figure out why Iβm in severe pain to the point I cannot walk. I hope you read this and take peopleβs allergies more cautiously. I had to call out of work, I couldnβt take care of my daughter, I literally spent two days in a HOSPITAL because of what you guys did. Needless to say-I will never be returning.
