I would give more stars if possible for the suburb meal and excellent service. The tortellini was better than most fine Italian restaurants. The pasta was tender without being mushy. The sauce was rich but not overly sweet. The Alaskan salmon was outstanding. The sauces and roe complemented each other, the flavors blended well. Our waitress Kailee was excellent. Her timing was spot on, we never felt rushed nor neglected. Overall an excellent experience.

Amazing restaurant at the doorsteps of GNP. The hotel building and the restaurant are super charming and historic. The hostess and our server, Brian, were professional and friendly. Started with Huckleberry margarita, which was super pretty and delicious (but I couldnβt taste the huckleberry). The bison meatloaf is A MUST! Great flavor (and you can see they didnβt shy away from the Maillard!) The tortellini was good and could not be faulted, but we felt that it wasnβt as special as the meatloaf. We will be back next time we are in GNP to try more items from their menu!

Iβve been looking forward to a dinner here for a while and it did not disappoint! My server, Kailee, was absolutely amazing. She was so attentive, friendly, and gave me the best recommendations. It was just me for dinner so I went with two appetizers for dinner and a glass of the rosΓ© (dry and not too sweet). The mussels were everything I wanted and more. I love a giant green mussel and these just hit the spot. Get extra bread to dip into that sauce at the end. The pickled chiles cut through the richness so nicely.I also got the blistered shishitos which were perfectly seasoned and charred. I was not a big fan of their dipping sauce, but they did not need it. Their flavor on their owned carried the dish.Unfortunately I was a bit too full for dessert, but Iβm thinking of coming back tomorrow for the huckleberry cheesecake and a cold brew martini. The views were impeccable, the service was excellent, the prices were reasonable for the area, and the food hit the spot. I highly recommend for anybody staying in or driving through West Glacier.
