Parking Reality

The lot fills between 8 AM and 3 PM during peak season (Mar–Oct). Arrive early (before 8 AM) or visit after 3 PM. No dedicated overflow lot; when full, access to specific areas may be temporarily restricted.

Permit Protocol

Visitor center provides information and maps. Backcountry and activity permits (Fiery Furnace ranger-led hikes, Devils Garden Campground) are reserved through Recreation.gov, not issued at the center.
