Beartooth Barbecue serves Southern-style American BBQ in a casual West Yellowstone setting. Pulled Pork is tender and moist, slathered in a house-made BBQ sauce with a balanced sweet-heat; Brisket stays juicy and smoky; Rad Dog delivers a spicy, meaty bite. GF sides like Beartooth baked beans and Hearty southern potato salad keep the plates simple for families, and the room maintains a cozy bar vibe with a moderate hum.
Pulled Pork Sandwich is a tender, moist staple smoked to perfection and a local favorite. The Rad Dog pairs a jalapeño-smoked sausage with chopped brisket on a hoagie, a 'dinner on a bun' that locals frequently mention.

This is not Southern BBQ. I say this because I specifically asked where it originated from. The waitress said Tulsa. There is no salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, garlic salt, Season All, pepper. NOT A THING. I said I wasn’t a fan and she said well you ordered it so you have to pay! And told me there are people that love this BBQ. It’s because they haven’t tasted ANY OTHER. The sandwich is $21.99. Now I am going to be honest and tell you I’m a black woman from TEXAS that BBQ’s for my family all the time.THE LAST PHOTO IS MY BBQ! PERIODT!!

Reaaaaaly good barbecue. Ribs and pulled pork very good. We split a combo plater with an extra side was enough for us and no doggybag. Local drafts a good choice, give it a try when in town... just a short walk from hotels.

Great BBQ!!! If you’re in the area please stop in! Hot links were awesome and the brisket was delicious!!! My wife had the pulled pork and the kids had kids meals and picked off our food. Our server Jen was super nice and so helpful. Great customer service!
