Wagyu Hot Beef Sandwich on artisanal bread; tender brisket with Dijon aioli and onion jam.

Gusher Special Pizza delivers a blistered crust with a crisp snap as toppings meld with grease. Lamar Pizza brings wild game sausage for a bold, brine-kissed bite under a sturdy crust. Poor Boy Burger packs a 1/2 lb patty crowned with ham and a fried egg; the yolk runs into the cheese while the bun swallows the fat. Gluten-free crust on the 10" pizza keeps a solid bite and a clean edge.
Skip the basic pie; get Lamar Pizza. For drinks, order a Montana beer.

Good food overall! we ordered the old faithfulβgreat crust, and the cheese curds and garlic cheese bread were on point. My kiddo enjoyed his steak, which was a win. The only downside is that you have to pay for refills, which isnβt ideal. Our waitress, Wendy, was very attentive and made the experience pleasant.

Fantastic dinner last weekend at Gusher Pizza. We had a large group of 12 and the waitress answered all our questions and was fantastic. The pizza was delicious and our kids ate every last bite! We got 4 large pizzas and a couple side dinner salad (which fed 1-2 people each). Wonderful stop for delicious pizza!

Visiting west Yellowstone and heard about the pizza here. It did not disappoint! The dough is light and fluffy while the crust was just a touch crispy and not overloaded with toppings! Probably the best pizza I ever had! The kids loved it too!
