Step into a homey Montana tavern where weathered wood and vintage memorabilia frame a crowd that loves watching games and passing the time. The Bison Burger is the centerpiece: a charred crust gives way to a juicy center, while Cheese Curds snap with a briny bite that lingers. The Pot Roast Sandwich delivers a rich, braised depth, and Buffalo Wings offer bronzed, savory bites. Expect a lively, friendly scene with live music on weekends and a steady hum of conversations around you.

Oh my goodness, these were some AMAZING Burgers!! You must try the Garlic Mushroom Bison Burger! The flavor was exceptional! Our extra crispy feies were cooked to perfection and tasted great too! The seasoning was flavorful and not too salty! The regular just Bison burgers were delicious too! The atmosphere was great and our server Danni was knowledgeable and friendly, she did a great job! Thank you Buffalo Bar, you have set the bar high for the rest of the restaurants in town while we are here!

A required wait is usually and good sign! Time to stroll around the shops while waiting for the text to say our table was ready. The place was buzzing with activity, servers were working at pace but still cheery and friendly. Menu had so many options it was hard to choose just one dish for breakfast! Food was delicious and the coffee kept flowing. So good we travelled again from Hungry Horse en route to the airport for a last breakfast! Definitely a ‘worth a detour’ kind of place🥰

EXCELLENT FOOD My wife and I dropped by for dinner early summer 2025 - on a Thursday. We chose the patio, and found out it is self seating. The bartender got to us immediately greeted us and got us water. The menu offers a nice selection of foods. My wife and I chose the pot roast and the meatloaf. For drinks we chose a lemonade, Smoked Old Fashioned and a glass of red wine. The food was awesome! Real nice. And the cocktails were well made. There was live music playing in the corner. Overall a very nice experience here.
