Wow. Old Faithful Lodge is the place to get some sleep, get coffee or a quick breakfast, then sit and meditate while watching Old Faithful erupt. This geyser has a set schedule on the internet if you want to know when it does. The setting is great. Vast lodge with lots of seating. It is a large log cabin with a fireplace (propane), windows facing the geyser, gift shop with snacks and drinks, a cafeteria (open 12pm to 6pm) and a cafe (open 6am-12pm) and featured artists and photographers. This park will move you to become an artist or photographer because it is very breathtaking. The room that I was in had a shower, because some of them do not. It was clean (had an old smell though) and the heater works very well. The bed was comfortable and there is a lot of lighting

We had a wonderful stay at Old Faithful Lodge cabins built in 1904. Great place to unplug and enjoy life back at the beginning of 20th century. There are options for meals. Be prepared to walk a very short distance to the restrooms and shower area. Be prepared to not have usual amenities like TV or a mini fridge. We had a great experience staying at Old Faithful Lodge Cabins.

We stayed in a cabin, which was small, but nice enough. We didnβt have hot water, because the pipes froze and we had to let the sink drip all night per their request, which was fine, but the sink was located between the beds. They did give us a discount, which made up for it. They also offered use of a shower in the main lodge, but I just ended up taking a quick cold shower. I do wish they had some better pillows. They were a bit lumpy. The location canβt be beat for the price. It was quiet, while still being near everything that old faithful had to offer.
