Montana e-bikes is incredible! Staff is super friendly and Josh, the owner, was incredibly accommodating after we misjudged time on our tour of Going on the Sun Road. The equipment was top tier as well. After climbing the mountain, we still had 40% on the battery left. I can’t recommend Montana e-bikes any more than 5 stars, unfortunately!

Montana E-Bikes is where everyone should go for looking to enjoy Montana with a bike. They have an awesome combination of professionalism and passion for what they do, from the owner and family to their multiple employees. They even helped us out on the fly when things weren't working out as planned. Their website has great recommendations on what sort of rides might fit your ability or interest. We were more adventurish and chose to bike the Northfork Road (the one inside the park, not outside) and we LOVED it! It is about 60 miles round trip up to Polebridge (where they give you a free bearclaw pastry). It is hilly, but that is what made it more fun for us...the bikes handled it so well! Great views along the beautiful landscape had us stopping once in a while, with also pausing to look for bears (plenty of bear poop but did not see any). We started at 6 AM and we probably should have dressed warmer because of all the wind riding creates, but it warmed up. Montana E-Bikes has the option of bringing an extra battery, which is nice for longer trips. We did not end up using ours but it was nice to know we had it just in case. We also made sure we rented a vehicle with a 2 inch hitch so that we could use their bike rack. Very pleased and highly recommended! Montana E-Bikes was definitely a highlight of our trip.

Our experience at Montana E-bikes and more in Whitefish was absolutely incredible! My friend and I rented bikes and had the best time exploring the area. The e-bikes were super cool, easy to use, and made the ride smooth and effortless, even up hills. The views along the way were breathtaking, and the shop’s location made it easy to jump right into some beautiful scenery. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident before heading out. I 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Whitefish—it’s a fun, unique, and memorable way to explore!
